Material Preparation Employee (m/f/d)

• Ensure the timely and demand-based supply of materials to our blow moulding production;
• Independently monitor material stocks and identify potential shortages or missing raw materials at an early stage;
• Regularly check and replenish material and batch supplies;
• Prepare and provide raw materials, batches and regrind;
• Set up and monitor colour dosing equipment, including accurate documentation;
• Determine and correctly record material consumption;
• Handle incoming goods, including unloading deliveries, checking delivery documents and inspecting delivered materials for irregularities;
• Identify and promptly report deviations, inconsistencies or potential disruptions;
• Ensure the proper, organised and clean storage of raw materials and batches;
• Clean and maintain colour dosing equipment, granulators and work platforms;
• Carry out regular stocktakes of raw materials and regrind;
• Help maintain clean, safe and efficient production processes.

• Previous experience in a production environment or technical field is desirable;
• Good technical understanding and a willingness to familiarise yourself with our equipment and processes;
• A careful and conscientious approach to your work, including material preparation and documentation;
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility – you keep your commitments and stay on top of your tasks;
• An independent and proactive working style – you recognise what needs to be done and take action before shortages or problems arise;
• Attention to detail and a good sense for deviations – you notice when something is not running as it should and raise the issue;
• A strong sense of organisation and quality awareness – clean and structured working processes come naturally to you;
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues;
• Willingness to work shifts is essential.
